Directions:

Fill with air using a balloon pump.
Rub the balloon with your hand to create static then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the static to take effect.
In most cases the confetti will pool at the bottom of the balloon when filled with helium.
If you rub the balloon a lot to create static you may get some confetti sticking to the inside of the balloon.

WARNING: Balloons are not toys. Children can choke or suffocate on non-inflated or broken balloons.
Adult supervision is required. Keep non-inflated balloons away from children, and discard broken balloons immediately.
